Pick up the pace and support over-pronation in the Newton Distance S. The responsiveness of the forefoot actuator lugs is great for running fast and the low heel/toe differential promotes midfoot/forefoot striking. The Newton Distance S is best suited for tempo runs intervals or racing. (Due to the 2mm difference in height from heel to toe, compared to a traditional running shoe difference of 12mm, a gradual progression in mileage is recommended for this shoe.)
