International orders cannot be held longer than 7 business days. In the event that American Running Company will need additional information from you, please be sure to reply at your earliest convenience to avoid the cancellation of an order.

American Running Company currently offers the following shipping services: World Mail, Express Mail, FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority, UPS Worldwide Express (Japan only) and Priority Mail.

World Mail

UPS International Mail Service. Available for all orders weighing less than 2 pounds with a value lower than $50 USD. Packages are delivered via the local postal system in the destination country. Unfortunately, World Mail does not have a tracking system. However, we have found the service to be extremely reliable and cost effective. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.

Express Mail

Available for all orders with a value lower than $200 USD. Deliveries take 7-14 days. Express Mail offers a tracking system via the United States Postal Service web site, www.usps.com. The information offered is very limited. However, it does show when your package arrives in your locale, which is helpful for estimating delivery times.

Federal Express International Economy

Available for all orders. Deliveries take 5-7 business days. FedEx offers a comprehensive tracking system via their website www.fedex.com.

Federal Express International Priority

Available for all orders. This is our fastest shipping option. Deliveries are guaranteed in 2-5 business days. FedEx offers a comprehensive tracking system via their website www.fedex.com.

FedEx Surcharge Information: An Extended Area Surcharge of $20 per shipment or $0.20 per pound, whichever is greater, applies to shipments to specific International destinations. A listing of applicable destinations is available at http://www.fedex.com

UPS Worldwide Express

Available for orders to Japan. This is our fastest shipping option to Japan. Deliveries take 5-7 business days. UPS offers a comprehensive tracking system via their website www.ups.com.

Priority Mail

Available for customers with a military APO/FPO address. Unfortunately there is no tracking information available for this shipping option. Delivery time is generally 3-6 weeks.

Import Taxes

There are no U.S. taxes. However, you will be responsible for any additional customs, handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.

If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs and duty charges will be billed to you by American Running Company. Once a package enters your country these charges are not reversible, whether the package is delivered to you or not. Orders may be returned after receipt if there are any problems. Please be aware of all related charges when ordering.

What happens if I don't receive my package?

All of our international shipments are covered by insurance that guarantees that American Running Company will replace packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

What if something doesn't fit or I change my mind?

You are welcome to return or exchange any items purchased from American Running Company. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the original manufacturer's box. American Running Company will refund the product cost only. All shipping fees and taxes incurred will be your responsibility.
